Managing and Leading Change
Any change in
any organisation is dependent on the people involved and affected. Both the
leaders of the organisation, as well as those impacted by the change, need to
support and adopt it to ensure the project’s success. Change could be in the
form of new processes, new technology, new systems, new leadership, or a new
structure. Without effective
communication and stakeholder management, and a targeted plan to manage the change, the speed of adopting the
change and the effectiveness of the change, will be compromised.
