Facilitating Teams
The process of moving teams through the various stages of Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing often involves objective facilitation and guided discussions. Often these kinds of team workshops are interpreted as team-building events where there is the opportunity to have some fun together.
Our workshop facilitation involves driving changes in behaviour and performance, as well as goal-setting and planning. We offer follow up sessions to assess progress and delivery.
